2023 MSCSA GOLF TOURNAMENT

PRAIRIE LAKES GOLF COURSE

Even though we had fewer golfers than in the past, the weather was great (maybe a little windy), the golf course was in great shape according to our golfers and the 38 golfers that participated all seemed to have a great time.  I want to especially thank the Prairie Lakes Golf Course and their Golf Pro Bert Walker.   Here are the results:

1st Place – Mesquite Generals #1 (Wayne Bauer, Art Sanchez, Hector Lopez, Leroy Bowker)           Team Score – 58

2nd Place – Southlake Crusaders (Kevin Kremer, Ken Kempker, Bill Huston, Joe Ylda)                     Team Score – 58

3rd Place – DeSoto Dukes (Freddie Simpson, David Melton, Jesse Ortega, William Hurd)                 Team Score – 59

4th Place – Grand Prairie Grays (Mike Snodgrass, Bill Hood, Mike Oxford, Marty Evans)                 Team Score 59

Closest To The Pin Under 70 – Kevin Kremer (Southlake Crusaders)

Closest To The Pin Over 70 – Danny Holifield (Dallas Flames #1)   & Debra Fowler (Arlington Angels)

Longest Drive Under 70 – Jim Chiles (Dallas Flames #2)

Longest Drive Over 70 – Mike Britt (Dallas Flames #2)

Danny Holifield (Dallas Flames #1) had a hole-in-one on the the fifth hole of  the White Course!!!
